So, now it has happened. On Monday, a deadline for signature of the building application be made by the neighbors.
And suddenly said Mr. M., that he likes to write the plans, but by no means a Public easement is registered.
He has promised us in person, that a public easement is no problem for him and gave us the approval for preparation of the building application.
He did so, that we ask in return with him a nicer fence between our properties.
