Today was ready. Our house was finally passed into our care. Around 17:00 we found ourselves one with the supervisor in our future living room. Without stress or time pressure were again talked through all the points and the one or other important information changed the side of the table. After signing all documents and passing the final bill, we may call us now the proud owner of a home. At this point we like to hide the fact that the house actually the bank heard. This is currently not important and only clouded the atmosphere.
If we can pass the entire construction phase Revue times, we can confidently say we have made with finger-home-a good choice. There were no really major problems. It has made us in the sales calls false or exaggerated promises and behave with us and also against the competition more fair. If it has somewhere clamped times was committed by both sides searched for a solution and always found. The list of defects to the house placement was short and consisted only of little things. All sub-contractors supplied from exemplary work, were all friendly towards people and also had always a few good tips in stock.
